At RXRE PRNTS, every order is crafted with care, precision, and intention. Whether you’re purchasing from our 'Xclusive' pre-order collections or ordering custom-printed garments, we pride ourselves on delivering premium quality and attention to detail. Please review the following policies before placing your order to ensure a smooth and transparent experience.

Shipping Policy

  • Processing Time:
    All orders are made to order. Please allow 7–14 working days for production before dispatch (longer for bulk or complex custom orders).

  • Delivery Time:

    • UK Standard Shipping: 2–4 working days after dispatch.

    • UK Express Shipping: 1–2 working days after dispatch.

    • International Shipping: 7–14 working days depending on location.

  • Tracking:
    Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking details. RXRE PRNTS is not responsible for any delays caused by postal or courier services.

  • Delivery Address:
    Please ensure your delivery details are correct at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for parcels delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Returns & Exchanges

  • Custom & Exclusive Items:
    All sales are final on custom prints, personalised orders, and exclusive RXRE PRNTS pre-order pieces. These items are made specifically for you and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded unless there is a proven fault in the garment or print.

  • Faulty or Incorrect Items:
    If you receive a defective item or an error has occurred with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your delivery. We will review the issue and offer a repair, reprint, or replacement if applicable.

  • Return Shipping:
    Customers are responsible for covering return shipping costs unless the issue is due to a mistake on our part.

Artwork & Licensing Policy

  • Artwork Ownership:
    All artwork, designs, and logos provided to RXRE PRNTS must be fully owned by the customer or provided with the proper commercial printing rights or licenses.

  • Use of Artwork:
    RXRE PRNTS will only use the artwork provided for the purpose of completing your order. We will not replicate, resell, or redistribute any customer artwork under any circumstance.

  • Liability:
    RXRE PRNTS assumes no responsibility for copyright or trademark infringement issues resulting from artwork supplied by the customer. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure they have full rights to the design.

Product Quality & Variations

  • All garments are printed using professional-grade equipment and high-quality materials.

  • Due to different screen displays and garment materials, slight variations in colour, texture, or print size may occur. These differences are not considered faults.

  • Each item is produced by hand, meaning small inconsistencies may naturally occur, this is part of what makes each RXRE PRNTS piece unique.

Cancellations

  • Orders may only be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order, provided that production has not yet begun.

  • Once printing or garment sourcing has started, cancellations are not possible.

Pre-Orders & Made-to-Order Items

  • All RXRE PRNTS pre-order collections are made in limited quantities and produced only after orders are confirmed.

  • Payment must be completed to secure your pre-order.

  • Estimated dispatch dates will be clearly stated on each product page, but may vary slightly based on production demands.

Privacy & Data Protection

  • Customer information is used solely for processing and fulfilling orders.

  • RXRE PRNTS does not sell or share personal data with third parties.
