Project Inactivity Policy

​

Clients have 48 hours from the date of booking to submit enough required materials to start a project. As the process continues, more materials may be needed or advised. A constant stream of communication is mandatory and if a period of 30 days passes without a necessary reply from the client, or if materials are provided after this period, a £120 project reactivation fee will be required to resume work.

If materials are submitted 3 months or more after the original booking date, reactivation will incur an extra fee equal to 65% of the original project cost to reopen and prioritise your project in our schedule.

Timely communication and prompt submission of materials are essential to maintain a smooth and efficient design process.

Concept Requirements

LXR Digital requires clear concepts, direction, or references. Everything must be provided before any project can begin. This ensures we capture your vision with precision and consistency.

Agreement to Policies

​

By completing your booking and submitting payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all LXR Digital T's & C's.

Image Quality for Design Projects

​

For projects requiring images, clients must provide high-resolution, professional-quality files. We do not accept:

  • Low-resolution, blurry, or heavily compressed images

  • Selfies or personal photos with filters (e.g., Snapchat, Instagram filters)

  • Overly edited images that compromise quality

 High-quality visuals are essential to achieve the professional finish your brand deserves.

Payment Terms

  • Full payment is required upfront before any work begins.

  • All payments are non-refundable.

  • We accept all major credit/debit cards (via Stripe), PayPal, and manual payments (Bank Transfer).

  • Your booking is only confirmed once payment has been completed.

  • In the rare event that LXR Digital is unable to complete your project due to any unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be issued promptly.

Revisions

​

  • Each project includes up to 3 revisions at no extra cost.

  • Additional revisions will incur a fee of £20 per revision.

  • Substantial changes that alter the original concept will require a new project purchase.

 

To maximise efficiency, please provide as much detail as possible upfront, including fonts, colour palettes, themes, and design references.

Turnaround Time

​

  • Standard design projects: 8–14 business days

  • Website design: 2–5 weeks

  • Branding packages: 4–7 weeks

​

Rush services are available for selected design projects (excluding websites and branding packages) and can be requested at an additional cost.

Please note: Turnaround times begin only once all required information has been submitted.

​

Also note that design deliveries are not scheduled on weekends or UK bank holidays.

In the event a project becomes unworkable due to creative differences or ongoing difficulties, LXR Digital reserves the right to terminate the agreement, to keep creative focus on all projects. In such cases, no refund will be issued.

Project Modifications

​

Once a final design has been approved and delivered, no further changes can be made. Any additional adjustments after final delivery will require a project reactivation fee + a revision fee.

Use of Designs

​

By working with LXR Digital, you grant us permission to showcase your completed projects across our website, portfolio, and social media channels for promotional purposes.
